Mandy is the strict and bossy friend of Billy, Grim, Irwin, and Pud'n. Her true heart changes for good in the season 8 episode: Heart Change. She was voiced by Grey DeLisle Griffin from Meet the Reaper to Destroy Us All: A Cosmic Horror Musical. In Freaks of Nature, she is voiced by Jenna Fischer.

She is the main character in an alternate series called Freaks of Nature.

• According to Felicity, it is revealed that she likes to wear pink.
  • It is also revealed to be her favorite color, oddly enough.
• When Mandy's true heart changes at the end of the season 8 episode: Heart Change, she becomes just the way Irwin had become.
• She has no spoken lines in the episodes Herbicidal Maniac and Fear and Loathing in Endsville.
• She has the least amount of screentime in the episode A Grim Prophecy.
• Despite her almost never smiling in any current media that depicts her, she did nothing but smile in Billy and Mandy in: Trepanation of the Skull and You.
• In an alternate reality where she is a human-headed dog, her smile does not mess with the fabric of reality.
  • In the series Freaks of Nature, Mandy has at least cracked one smile or more in every episode.
• Regardless of her lack of nose, she is still able to smell. She has very small nostrils.
